Legion Go S Gaming Handheld Rumors

We have already seen numerous rumors circulating about the Legion Go S gaming handheld. It is anticipated to feature an AMD Ryzen Z2 chip, although it will be based on the older Zen 3+ architecture and will include a Radeon 680M iGPU. The device will come with 16 GB of LPDDR5 memory, an 8-inch, 1200p IPS display with a 120 Hz refresh rate. The expected price for the Legion Go S is around €600, possibly cheaper outside of Europe, putting it in the same range as the Steam Deck OLED. Leaker Evan Blass has recently shared additional images of the device, unveiling more details.

The images show that the Legion Go S will be available in black and white color options. Interestingly, there appears to be a dedicated button for Steam, a feature previously only seen on the Steam Deck. While there is no definitive information on the purpose of this button, it is speculated that the Legion Go S may run SteamOS or simply have a button to open Steam. Unfortunately, the leak does not provide any further details about the product. The Legion Go S is expected to be revealed at CES 2025, which is just around the corner.
