CES 2025 Approaching with New Gaming Displays

As we near CES 2025, numerous OEMs are unveiling gaming monitors with innovative features. MSI is also joining the fray with the introduction of the MAG 321CUPDF. This 31.5-inch curved monitor stands out as the first of its kind to offer dual-mode functionality, allowing users to switch between high-refresh rate and high-resolution modes.

The MSI MAG 321CUPDF supports 4K at 160 Hz and 1080p at up to 320 Hz, making it ideal for fast-paced gaming and visually immersive titles. The monitor boasts 97% coverage of the DCI-P3 color gamut, promising decent color reproduction capabilities. However, its VA panel may result in poor viewing angles and slower response times compared to IPS panels and OLEDs.

The MSI MAG 321CUPDF is currently available in China and is set to launch in the US and Europe soon, priced at $499 and €649 respectively. Despite its drawbacks, the monitor offers good value for its price.
