Dell's Upcoming Workstation Laptops

Dell laptops are highly regarded for their quality, and the company is not slowing down. A recent leak suggests that Dell is preparing to unveil new 16- and 18-inch workstation laptops, known as the Dell Pro Max 16 Plus and the Dell Pro Max 18 Plus. While the naming may not be the best, the leaked specs are quite impressive.

These laptops will be powered by Intel's upcoming Arrow Lake-HX CPUs, with up to 256 GB of CAMM2 memory. Graphics will be handled by NVIDIA RTX 5000-class GPUs, with a 170 W TDP for the 16-inch variant and a 200 W TDP for the 18-inch variant. The 18-inch Dell Pro Max can support up to 16 TB of SSD storage, while the 16-inch Dell Pro Max will have up to 12 TB of SSD storage. Both models will offer an optional OLED display similar to the M4 iPad Pro, known for its excellent display quality. Additionally, the laptops will feature an improved 8 MP camera, a triple-fan cooling system, and Thunderbolt 5 support.

Pricing details are not available yet, but with CES 2025 approaching, we can expect to learn more soon. Given the high-end specifications, it's likely that these laptops will come with a hefty price tag.
