ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) Announces Azoth Extreme Gaming Keyboard
ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) has unveiled the Azoth Extreme, a custom 75% gaming keyboard that features a precision-crafted aluminium-alloy chassis with a metal frame. This keyboard delivers premium aesthetics and top-tier wireless performance. The carbon-fiber positioning plate provides a crisp typing feel and minimizes keystroke vibrations. Users can adjust the typing feel with the adjustable gasket mount, offering a choice between a hard or soft typing experience with a quick-flip switch. The full-color OLED touchscreen on the top right corner displays system info and keyboard settings, while the three-way knob allows for instant volume, multimedia, lighting adjustments, and settings customization. An extended wrist rest ensures comfortable typing experiences and maintains its firmness over time.

The ROG Azoth Extreme gaming keyboard boasts a premium aluminium-alloy chassis with a metal frame that undergoes a 12-step manufacturing process including sandblasting, anodizing, and CNC machining. With the ROG Polling Rate Booster, the Azoth Extreme achieves an impressive 8000 Hz polling rate and offers up to 1600 hours of battery life.
Crisp Typing and Sublime Acoustics
The ROG Azoth Extreme uses a carbon-fiber positioning plate for crisp typing sensations and excellent shock absorption to minimize vibrations. Three dampening layers, including two PORON layers and a silicone pad, absorb vibrations and minimize switch pinging and echoes for sublime acoustics.
Adjustable Gasket Mount
The innovative gasket-mount design allows users to adjust the typing feel with a quick-flip switch on the bottom of the keyboard. Hard typing mode delivers firm keystrokes ideal for gaming, while Soft mode offers a cushioned and bouncy feel for comfort during extended typing sessions.
Full-Color OLED Touchscreen
The 1.47-inch full-color OLED display on the upper right of the ROG Azoth Extreme shows various types of information, including keyboard connection status and Caps Lock indicators. Users can tap and swipe on the OLED screen to access hardware info and the KPS feature that displays keystrokes per second.
Additional Features
The ROG Azoth Extreme features pre-lubed ROG NX mechanical switches for smoother keystrokes and better acoustics. Tri-mode connectivity allows users to connect devices via Bluetooth, low-latency ROG SpeedNova 2.4 GHz RF wireless, or standard wired USB. A bundled extended silicone wrist rest matches the keyboard aesthetically and ensures typing comfort. The Azoth Extreme also includes two pairs of magnetic feet of different heights, offering three tilt angles to suit user preference.
